  • Uploaded documents ID documents, passports, invoices, contracts, and other business records submitted for analysis.
  • Extracted fields Structured key-value pairs with confidence scores, retained only for the configured retention window.
  • Usage metadata Token creation, processing volume, and administrative actions — used for security monitoring and quota enforcement.
  • Organisation metadata Customer name, organisation, email, and plan mappings — used to route processing and manage access.

🛡️ How we protect it

  • Retention windows Configurable per feature. Default retention keeps only the latest N records per document type per customer.
  • Customer-governed model tuning Training for new formats is scoped to the samples and standards you choose to supply — never drawn from your wider document corpus.
  • Subject rights Access, correction, and deletion requests are handled through your portal admin or our security contact.
  • Data residency Processing regions can be pinned to your preferred geography via Azure resource configuration.
